The culture at MSS was very professional at all times. Any situations regardless of its urgency was resolved quickly with a high level of professionalism and discretion. The Managing Director and Manager was always available to any officer that needed to speak with them on any issue concerning the officer. There was an absolute transparency and trust which was really refreshing to see in any business.
First interview I got notification of being successful, then after 4 months of trying to find out when my medical is I got told there is no job.
Second interview took 3 to 4 months process before starting job. Company still owes me for 36hrs of work, after I had to fight to get paid for 70hrs in my first weeks of employment.
What would you suggest MSS Security management do to prevent employees from leaving?
Be honest with your employees and respect there complaints and act on them!
Im curious as to why you do a security course (its a risky job) and the pay rate is less than a checkout person at a supermarket?
Security has always been a low paid job
