Ok
Hard work with broken shifts and no guarantee of many hours. You have to make sure you are willing to travel and more than the time they require or give you.

Very nice company
Very friendly staff, excellent working hours, and a welcoming and perfect atmosphere The salary is very good. I can say a lot of positive things, but this job is very difficult because you need a lot of patience with clients who have neurological issues.

Great local team
Poor management Low rate of pay for job requirements Like two roles in one and not enough time to complete everything High pressure and demanding workload with little or no support
Support Worker/Carer in North of the River WA

Doesn't care about staff.
Never care about the well being about staff. Only care about pushing staff to the extreme limit. A lot of staff has left since I joined MSWA. When clients in respite, hospital or pass away staff lost hours of work. No stable hours even for part time SW. No full time position offered.

Good work but hard work
Very rewarding job to help out others who cannot help themselves. Stressful but fullfilling work. Go home tired but feeling like you have accomplished something.
