Hard working compoany with flawless results
Labourer / Civil (Former Employee) –  Perth WA29 March 2017
A typical day will involve lots of planning and teamwork to produce flawless end results.

I learnt to better understand plans, to work better in a team and complete tasks more efficiently.

I also worked as a team leader here and there.

The culture is great and everyone is very respectful of whoever you may be and you are always welcomed with open arms.

The hardest part of the job was when stuff ups arised and it would halt us from continuing the job.

The enjoyable part of the job was the paycheck and comradery.
Pros
Great breaks and pay
Cons
Long hours and minor problems

Productive workplace
Facility Manager (Former Employee) –  Claremont WA, Nedlands WA5 October 2016
It was a good job, which I enjoyed however , the job work/life balance became too much, being on call 24/7 with the young family I had at the time became overwhelming.

Long term company with many employees
Builders Labourer (Former Employee) –  Perth, WA19 July 2015
A typical day includes early starts and long hours with an abundance of new tasks to be learned every day due to the nature of the position. Co-workers consist of many long term employees, both fellow labourers and site management, however, there is also an opportunity to meet many new people who are employed with the many different sub-contractors that service the sites (sometimes up to 3000 people can attend a site on any given day).
Pros
Onsite canteen and amenities, opportunities for overtime
Cons
No opportunity for advancement

Customer Relations Manager Australasia (Former Employee) –  Sydney, Australia4 December 2013
Managing staff on a national level and attending to any client issues promptly.
Critically review all properties prior to settlement to ensure construction was completed to an acceptable standard in line with client expectations, contract for sale and marketing campaign.
Ensure budgets are maintained for all residential projects.
Provide input on design elements to ensure best design principles are incorporated into the build.
Provide ongoing communication to clients throughout build process to ensure they are prepared for settlement.
Coordinate client events to promote the brand and enhance the purchasing process.
Assist marketing team in the design and execution of project marketing campaigns
Sales, Marketing, Developments and the Design Team worked collaboratively with Customer Relations to ensure a seamless sales and settlement process
An 'open door' policy was encouraged and demonstrated from senior management
Provide support to clients to ensure successful settlements of their purchase
The most difficult component of the job; to not take responsibility for actions that were out of my control e.g. clients who purchase an apartment off the plan at the height of the market and then reach financial difficulty if settlements take place once the market softens eg post GFC.
The most satisfying component of the job is witnessing a clients delight once they see their finished home for the first time.
Pros
Senior management and construction personnel supported Customer Relations processes and team
Cons
At times, insufficient input from senior staff as to business directives of Customer Relations
