Laverton fresh milk
Production Engineer (Current Employee) –  Laverton North VIC10 August 2019
Management is inconsiderate about production staff. no one follows OPL's or SOP's, reliability of the plant is very poor due to poor maintenance practices. There is no progression or learning opportunities. Current management does not support for any career development opportunities.

Very toxic environment driven by production
Electrician / Instrument Technician (Current Employee) –  Maffra VIC28 June 2018
Very toxic place to work with management and production over riding safety of persons health and wellbeing Bullying is rampant.

Work life balance terrible as shift rotation is one in every 4, as lacking in people and skills.

No chance to develop or transition in wage positions and training is very infrequent to further your skills base.

Wage is not to bad but is well below other industries in the area and job security is flippant as it is determined by seasonal and environmental changes to milk supply.

Transport Manager (Current Employee) –  Western Victoria and South Australia26 February 2018
Enjoyed my time with MG. Down side was losing many farmers through milk pricing. The culture was brilliant in our area, with team members always willing to go that extra mile to ensure a quality result.

To keep machinery and production running. observe products to ensure no foreign objects or unsealed bags. Help out different parts of the production. Learned to work as a team member, How to operate machinery, and making of the products. Good work place culture. Hardest part is longs hours and night shift. Most enjoyable part of the job was working with other co-workers.

SAP/Training Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Kiewa VIC22 June 2017
Used to be an informal culture where people worked together to create results. A new MD totally changed the company. It has now lost it's way and I doubt it can survive another 3 years

People were nice to work with, company culture hasn't changed in all the time I have been there. There was no typical day for me at the company as it was different everyday as I was the main point of contact for the department.

I.T Office Administrator (Former Employee) –  Southbank VIC11 October 2016
Murray Goulburn wasn't a bad place to work for, I'm sure it's not the worst. The people I worked with where nice enough and I got along with most of them, being there so long I got to know most of the people at head office and around the site. Management at MG really need to look at where the company is going and what direction they want to take it to now most of all.
