Terrible management team that do not value their employees or clients for that matter. They do not take complaints in the workplace seriously and offer no support what so ever if you approach them for assistance. They do not offer permanent contracts so whether you’re employed with them for 4 weeks or 4 years you will remain on a casual roster, and if your availability doesn’t accomodate for them ...

My Flex Training is a terrible organisation.

The owner Paul and senior management are repeatedly advised of bullying, harrassment and incompetent management. The accusers are pushed out and the bullies, especially the manager, are still there. Ask about their staff turn over, it's excessive! One manager yells at staff, makes horrible comments and is in over her head. The other is retired on the job.
