Not enough support from Team leader
Did more domestic work then actual care work. Not enough support workers to help cover. No help from team leader and high turnover of staff especially schedulers

The staff turnover is phenomenal to say the least, so bonding with other staff hardly ever happens.I am hanging in for the company to change for better.

Poor management and a lot of bullying.Workload is excessive and therefore client complaints are excessive and works like a call centre.high staff turnover and it was impossible to provide a good service.
