Worked for NAB for 10 years. Was a fantastic place to work especially in the Retail sector. Fabulous learning and a really fun place to be. Great team work.

running a branch with 5 staff. dealing with clients businesses. getting involved with their goals. very enjoyable part of the job. hardest part probably work life balance. learned very much over time. management & people skills, leadership.

Stress central!
Business banking manager 3 (Former Employee) –  Port Macquarie NSW3 February 2017
I worked for nab for twenty years in business banking across both associate and management roles. Left in 2015. Last few years were very stressful with unrealistic sales targets and constant sales meetings which were not beneficial. You almost needed to hold a meeting to organise your sales meetings. Senior management show no empathy for staff who are struggling and instead encourage them to leave before moving on to the next poor soul. Tech systems very outdated and numerous. Nab is trying to improve here but will take a while. Plenty of opportunities for advancement though if you can handle the high pressure sales meetings of management. Better career opportunities in the finance industry elsewhere. Beware.

Lack of support, overstaffed, undue pressure, high levels of inefficiencies and some of the worst computer systems on the planet. Out dated approach. No customer satisfaction.
