My day at the bank consisted of meeting & greeting customer to do their everyday banking needs. Also to obtain sales for other banking services eg insurances, lending, I worked as part of a team to achieve my goals and to make the bank successful. Sometimes difficult to get sales as the banking market is so competitive. The staff I worked with made the job enjoyable and fun.
During my stay at NAB, I was bullied by management. I was treated like a second class citizen and was provided no training, support, or work. I was given no guidance and told I was "underperforming" with no explanation as to how. This was the result of me not attending a few team events which lead to management holding a grudge.
