Great team but poor management
Business Credit Analyst (Former Employee) - Perth WA - 6 October 2017
More like a factory worker and they micro manage you. You are expected to submit file a day, and point is given to a file depending on the complexity. Great team, however almost impossible target to achieve which make it stressful.
Pros
Great individual
Cons
Almost Impossible target to achieve

NAB endoses the life balance and culture within the business.

Negative toxic culture
Business credit analyst (Current Employee) - Parramatta NSW - 18 June 2019
Culture is toxic and quite negative focus on guilty until proven otherwise. no career advancement. Management that focuses on extreme micro management, they should move on wih the times. strong arm tactics and psyscological bullying is rife. Dont work for NAB unless you want to work in a childrens enviroment enshrined by management.
Pros
Fellow colleagues
Cons
Management, systems
