What would you suggest National Storage management do to prevent employees from leaving?
Actually listen to their staff! Take their concerns and feedback on board and actually do something about it. Create a better culture where people actually feel valued and cared about, and stop hiring managers that make staff feel bullied and uncomfortable. It’s not a tricky concept.
