It was a pleasant experience. I have learned effective time management skills. Everyone was friendly. The hardest part of the job was to complete all cleaning on the given time frame.

The work is very versatile and good. The staff are great, but management have their favourites so you're on the outer from the start. Below average in pay.

A professional company with a nation-wide reach. Highly dependable in terms of pays and there is always someone to listen when in need. Sometimes the amount of work expected can be a bit too physical.

Busy at times, I learnt the MYOB system, hardest part was remembering all the codes for tiles, grout etc. Most enjoyable part of the job was talking to the regular customers and getting to know what they order more of and just catching up to see how their day was going.

Management were atrocious. Way too many chiefs and not enough Indians, and a lot was expected from those few Indians. Work culture was great, salary was okay but for the amount of work they expected you to do, the salary should have been higher.
Pros
Indians were all awesome
Cons
Upper management needs review
