Navigation Solutions LLC
12 Volt Installer/Customer Service Rep (Former Employee) –  Savannah, GA14 April 2016
Great company to work for. Great pay. Great benefits. Neverlost GPS devices were installed and removed based to local area need. The work was at times Very fast paced. Often working outside in the elements. Daily performance reports are required along with an updated inventory count. The company was bought out by the Hertz Corporation in 2015. Jobs were eliminated by Hertz that year. I was one of about 60% of the employees that were laid off. Your experience with this company will depend largely on the area management. Your mileage will vary.
Pros
Some travel from time to time.
Cons
Working in the heat and cold and rain.

Great company until Hertz took over. Things went downhill very fast once Hertz gained sole ownership.Management decisions did not make sense, Hertz did not understand the Navigation Solutions business or customers.

Barman (Former Employee) –  Marple, ENG19 November 2015
working here was a fun and often interesting experience, with a wide range of customers which over time you build relationships and friendships with. The hours were always very flexible, with shifts being traded between members of staff as the need arose, always ensuring that you could have as many or as few shifts as you were willing to work.

Specialist (Former Employee) –  Moreno Valley, CA30 October 2015
My service with the United States Air Force Reserve taught me great lessons on life. What with my father being retired from the United States Navy, as well as the lessons taught to me by the military directly, I now possess an even greater knowledge on life than ever before.

Mechanical assembler II (Current Employee) –  Houston,Tx11 September 2013
You start of a day with a safety meeting with all your department co workers every day. You assemble oil tools using prints and other guide lines. Management is very lacking of supervision. most coworkers are pretty cool and easy to get along. Most difficult part is dealing with some tools or people. Best part is lunch and going home.
Pros
Good Facility
Cons
Do not let people transfer ddepartments, to much favortism and conver up, people get screwd over all the time.
