As a tech refresh engineer , I learnt how to format desktops and laptops according to the company’s needs . My job is also to help set up and deploy the workstations for users . I need to make sure I have installed all the necessary softwares and applications for user to work on and to also ensure that all the previous data from the old workstation has been transferred to the new one . I I have also learned how to deal with technical errors and issues regarding windows windows .workstation

work life balanced good management salary and benefits are good too job culture, environment, colleagues, managers, are all good would like to work in NCS again
