Supervisor with QA/QC,Interesting work set up work schedules and organised work fronts as there was shortage of leadership at start of my stint on this project ,management were very accommodating, a good group of workers, hardest part of this job was to not work when roster was long ( 10 hr days) every week one day at camp ,most enjoyable part of this job was that the work crew helped and were a pleasure to work with

Worst Employer of the year
It’s funny how you see they’ve won some industry awards but when you look closely these are awards of events that they usually sponsor the biggest joke of all is the payroll award they won and each payroll run they have so many issues with over and under payments of contractors! The directors of this company are bullies and unless you are in the latest click then forget your career aspirations. Managers stab eachother in the back gossip about each other it’s so toxic

Absence in duty of care towards their employees
* Ms-informed from the start day in regards to hours and requirements for site. * Use of misleading pay rates within contracts. * No support for their workers by showing no duty of care when situations arise. * Started out wanting to pay their employees monthly and after some noise it was reduced to fort nightly. * Constantly change pay arrangements without consultation.
