Not a supportive working environment

The CEO of the company was always threatening and underpaying the nurses. Sometimes you will get a call on the early morning of the shift, around 0500 or 0600 and the shift starts at 0700. If you try and define a shift the CEO will threaten to not give you shifts anymore or withdraw the visa sponsorship. It was a very stressful time working with NNA.
