The whole system is based on cutting costs wherever they can, they focus on high volume of membership sales, not including the hidden fees. They don't care about the members like they say or their staff members who are often overworked and cannot provide the best service. The Management is biased towards some employees and often absent, the other departments don't help out when needed, usually left to deal with it themselves. There is no recognition or appreciation from the Management for the efforts unless you work in sales department which is favoured over every other department. Very low wages and amount of work you have to do is ridiculous. There is no further career development, mentorship, or opportunities like workshops, etc. Meals aren't included and only 15% discount applies for f&b.
