challenging environment which I find extremely stimulating and enjoyable.
IT Support Officer (Former Employee) – Adelaide, SA – 17 January 2013
First level IT Support for head office and other sites (Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and Auckland) including Exchange Server, WEB Server, File and Printer Server, Terminal Server Farm, Member Relation Management System (MRM Plus 2) and general application support. I learned to work with limited supervision. Each employee worked as a team. Everyone had team spirit. As the sub offices operated in different time zones, deploying updates to the s/w was hardest part of my job.

Nice club facilities but lack of Management
Food and Beverage Attendant (Former Employee) – Ryde NSW – 11 May 2019
The whole system is based on cutting costs wherever they can, they focus on high volume of membership sales, not including the hidden fees. They don't care about the members like they say or their staff members who are often overworked and cannot provide the best service. The Management is biased towards some employees and often absent, the other departments don't help out when needed, usually left to deal with it themselves. There is no recognition or appreciation from the Management for the efforts unless you work in sales department which is favoured over every other department. Very low wages and amount of work you have to do is ridiculous. There is no further career development, mentorship, or opportunities like workshops, etc. Meals aren't included and only 15% discount applies for f&b.
Complimentary membership, flexible working hours
Low wages, no career development, location, expensive

the whole place is based on getting money out of customers and hoping they don't expect service. never allowed to offer the services to meet the brand, because of cost cutting then current guy is is only interested in his own well being
