I am the office administrator in our head office and i also look after accounts receivable.
Last year we off-shored our accounts department to India. We work very closely with them everyday to ensure invoicing is processed correctly and assist with any queries. I trained our accounts department in India to take over, due to the turn-over there i have to train new staff for this role. I also assist our credit control team as i know our clients well.
I have learned a lot in accounts and am continuing to learn more almost every day. I am thoroughly enjoying it. I love to problem solve and help our team in India receive positive results in what they are doing. (Invoicing, chasing payment etc)
