Cheats and lies.

Full, busy days
Learned team management with team members from varying cultural backgrounds

Senior managers were largely hands off, trusting staff to be responsible and competent

the workplace culture is inclusive, relaxed, and considerate of the many different cultures represented

The hardest part of my job is to find skilled people to fill vancies

The most enjoyable part was being included in the many team building functions

Duty of care for employees was almost non-existent. A lack of organisation and low levels accountability for upper management. Ill-educated management who have no structure in their approach to their jobs. A total lack of support for employees.
