What is the best part of working at the company?Nothing Worst job I’ve ever hadWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?Management. Management thrived on making stuff competitive with each other andDaily arguments would persist with new staff and establish staffWhat is the work environment and culture like at the company? Absolutely dog eat dog. No understanding at all the staff need to have a social life the inability to be flexible about weekends was and is totally unrealistic.What is a typical day like for you at the company?Being as close as possible to the front door to pounce on the next customer before your colleague does. Making sales and using an antiquated point of sale system. Always ended up working overtime and not getting paid

If you like working every weekend, 6 days a week and dealing with constant infighting from sales staff, you will love it. Would not recommend working here if you have a family or expect to have any social life.

Not a good place to work, too much stress

Not a good place to work, too much stress & pressure. Sales sales. Employees are just a salesman code. Expect too much from the workers for the retail wage paid.
