Sales Specialist (Current Employee) – Sydney NSW – 13 February 2018
Been working at nike for over 7 months and I have to say the work environment is really good. The team members you work with are awesome but some managers are a bit of a pain. The pay is alright, it is a standard retail pay with weekend rates. however the amount of hours you get at work will all depend on how much sale you are making. That however will make a lot of people stressed and look for a second job if you don't meet that sale target. Working at Nike they expect you to love the brand. If you are someone who likes other brand more than nike (like me), you may find yourself to have conflicts with some of your managers as some of them are die hard nike fans. The benefits aren't amazing, depending on which franchise you work for, RPG offers you 30% staff discount and generous amount of uniform voucher and Af1 offers just staff discount. please note that staff discounts only apply on items that are not limited and not on top of discounted items. So Vapormax, Jordans etc are not included. It is not amazing since competitors like adidas offer 50%.
generous Pay, amazing team
short hours, individual sale targets, benefits aren't amazing

Really fun staff and really good culture, just not advancing the right people that i believe should be getting promoted. These people work really hard and put there life into there work but get pushed aside.
Great benefits and rewards, really fun and exciting work place
Sales Assistant (Former Employee) – Sydney NSW – 11 October 2017
They TRULY care about their staff. Working in the stores is awful as some of the customers are very demanding, but the company culture is absolutely exceptional. Management backs you 100% and they always try to promote from within.
Retail Assistant - Part Time (Former Employee) – Biggera Waters QLD – 25 September 2016

National Account Executive, AMART Sports (Current Employee) – Rosebery NSW – 2 June 2016
For a large global company it has very down to earth ideals. The people who work here are fun, intelligent and professional. No one is ever to busy to help you and plenty of recognition is given to individuals who excel. Being a billion dollar company you are required to work hard and sometimes for longer hours than a normal working day but at the end of it all it is very rewarding.
