Fun place to work

Great friendly people in the workplace. Felt relaxed and fit right in straight away. Job was a little demanding at times and was relied on to learn someone’s job who was leaving within a week which was challenging.

Competitive and Stressful, don’t work here

as a previous CSR working for their call centre, we thought it was initially sunshine and rainbows. The people who took on our induction were very kind and patient, they we are beside us each step of the way. until after the induction, everything just falls apart. The team leaders expect you to know everything off the back and leave you in the deep end. They expect you to problem solve every single thing in the right way and expect you to work like a dog. some team leaders were very kind, some team leaders were lacking empathy. I believe Nine is a great place to add here’s some skills and knowledge but it is not a career path you want to stay in long-term.

Fast paced - stressful

In my opinion at Nine it’s a very fast paced and stressful role. Has good management and team but you should make sure you are suitable for the role before taking in the position.

Toxic, No Career Development

Nine was a great place to work, it had lot’s of Studio Production, lot’s of Sports to work on. Great Management. It was a family. It has since become run by accountants who couldn’t care less about people having Careers. Also in a couple of cases Senior people have suffered long term serious life threatening illnesses. Nine We’re very supportive through these Illnesses, but basically demoted these people on return to work, and refused to provide any Training or Career Development. They then gave these people forced redundancies and under paid.
