Cant imagine working anywhere else

NobleOak is a great place to work. Lots of smiles and good energy from everyone. No one thinks they are above anyone else. It's hard to tell who is management and who isn't because they blend in so well with everyone. i also like the regular changes for recognition from the busines and managers

Fun and inclusive company with a strong work culture

Since starting NobleOak I have been given all the tools necessary to develop and grow within the business. In the last year alone, I have been promoted into a new internal role which has created new opportunities/ development such as creating training programs for my department. I have not doubt I will continue to see such great opportunities going forward. I have also had the opportunity to help run the Social Committee as chairman, along with other peers from the business we have organized a range of events, such as trivia nights to whole business Christmas parties.

A fun, dynamic environment with a great culture

It's a business with a strong history, great culuture and really going places. I feel as though I really make a difference to the customers and the business. Everybody gets along well, the senior managers are very approachable and visible. You do feel apart of a family, not just a number. The company paid lunches are amazing and the regular team "huddles" are a great sign of the inclusive culture. I recommend it to all my friends.
