Today, Nokia connects billions of people, machines, and devices around the world. You might be surprised how much our technology influences global digitalization and brings people together to solve some of the world’s greatest challenges. So, bring your fresh ideas and energy. In return, you'll learn from the experts and enjoy the freedom to do what you love.
Want to know who we are? Just look up – because we’re building networks on the moon. Or, video call across the ocean – that’s our tech, too. As you read this, we’re increasing uplink capacity for people who don’t even realize they need it. And, just as the world gets to grips with 5G, we’re fusing the digital with the human to develop Homo augmentus. Soon, the whole world and beyond will experience life in powerful new ways: extended realities, holograms, seamless global symphonies, and countless more turbocharged inventions.
We’re successful because we’re open – in our recruiting, in our networks, in our vision. If you share our out-of-this-world thinking, come and make it a reality. For the right minds at Nokia, the whole world’s open source.
At Nokia, our mission is to create an open future. That means:
- Inviting everyone with talent into our welcoming culture
- A future that is open source
- Enabling new, ubiquitous networks
- Always thinking about our 2023 Future Vision
- A future owned by us all
- Being open to your ideas

Pros: Good palce to start with. Overall environment is good. Excellent work and life balance. Able to learn a lot. Cons: Management is bit mess. Unclear career path RE-organize often recent years.
Great place to work. Management does its best to support the field teams with anything they require. Safety is the number 1 priority and responsibility of everyone.
Good place to work for prople looking to work on latest technology. Exposed to the newest tech. The only begative point is about the recent layoff which seems to be without real justification
Very focused on costs all while deploying advanced technologies.
Line Managers are mostly good that try to push you to allow you to grow.
Lots of flexibility, but if you are in a regional or a global role expect to work late hours every now and again to fit in with Europe/ US calls.
