Whilst I was working there, we had no team work everybody was only looking out for themselves. This made it very hard to get things done efficiently
Working at Nolan's transport was a good experience for me as in my previous roles I used Nolan's transport to complete my deliveries. One problem I found hard to deal with was being constantly looked at via cameras. The company is based in Gatton and the management up there were always looking at the cameras.

Nolan's have helped me get into my passion for heavy diesel mechanics, I have always wanted to be a mechanic and they gave me work placement showing me all the handy tricks they do to solve problems. Great place to be!
