Mosaic Brands Ltd (formerly Noni B Group) has grown to be the largest specialty fashion retailer group in Australia. Our brands include Millers, Rockmans, Noni B, Rivers, Katies, Autograph, W. Lane, Crossroads and Beme. We span the country with almost 1,400 stores nationally. Our collective purpose is to help our customers express their love of life – more...– by embracing the truth that every occasion is a special occasion worth feeling fabulous for.
The Noni B brand has been trading since the 60’s and 70’s created by owner at the time, Noni Broadbent who famously gave the best customer service in town! Later the business was purchased by Mr Alan Kindl and a business partner who developed a new store concept that would champion new merchandising and product development to establish a true market niche. The business has grown from two stores in Belmont and Swansea in NSW to 200 stores nationally. In 2000 Noni B became an ASX listed company and in October 2014, Noni B Limited was sold to Alceon Bidco. This new chapter saw the business trade as Noni B Group with Scott Evans as Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director following the acquisition of brands Queenspark and Events and the purchase and merge of Pretty Girl Pty Ltd, expanding the brand list to Rockmans, W Lane, Table 8 and BeMe. In July 2018, we acquired 5 new brands as part of a divestment by Specialty Fashion Group. This saw the brand portfolio include Millers, Autograph, Rivers, Katies, Crossroads.
As of December 2019 the group re-branded to Mosaic Brands Ltd. This change was symbolic of the growth and change the Group has had over the past almost 6 years. Mosaic Brands is proud of its history and brands and we put the customer at the heart of everything we do. – less
