Good place to work if you're in the who's who loop of sales people and managers. Otherwise a very toxic environment with all the gossip and other staff members trying to undercut you for your job or to have you terminated because they didn't like you on a personal level.

Work is Rewarded, Very supportive Management

Very busy motor dealerships so no chance to get bored. Variety in job rolls and advancement is encouraged. Many staff have been with the Company for many years. Hard work is rewarded with regular salary reviews. Good staff are hard to find so the Company wants to keep them, so you feel appreciated. The Director's also host & participate in staff social events. Best functions Ever... Management is also family oriented & understands family commitments.
