It was a good job but very high paced and stressful depending on the number of cars that need detailing and delivering. It can be a good job if you have pride in your work and like two see you work driving out the yard with new owners.

Work is Rewarded, Very supportive Management

Very busy motor dealerships so no chance to get bored. Variety in job rolls and advancement is encouraged. Many staff have been with the Company for many years. Hard work is rewarded with regular salary reviews. Good staff are hard to find so the Company wants to keep them, so you feel appreciated. The Director's also host & participate in staff social events. Best functions Ever... Management is also family oriented & understands family commitments.
