The mornings and afternoons can be very busy, but during the day steady.
I learnt time management is important because if I didn't make the most of the quiet periods, the rush at the end of the day added to the work not done during the day.
Management were friendly and open to suggestions. Team culture is fairly good. More training tools would be handy for the first few weeks as it is a lot to take in.
Weekend work was the hardest part for me.
The quiet periods were always good for a chat between the team. Regular customers are also pretty good visiting with gifts (chocolates :P).
