Good company. Just make sure you have a good manager.
Auto Glass Technician (In-shop) (Current Employee) - Seattle, WA - 11 October 2022
Indeed Featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedLoved it when I started. My manager likes to nitpick and powertrip about things they have no knowledge on though. Really took the warm fuzzy feeling out of it. The pay is decent if you’re willing to work hard, but be mindful who you work under.

New owners had no regard for the company or it’s history in the marketplace
Technician (Former Employee) - Louisville, KY - 8 November 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? When Matt Innes owned it. It was the best company in town What is the most stressful part about working at the company? New owners turned it into a toxic workplace What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Toxic, no respect for what was created over a decade of service to the industry What is a typical day like for you at the company? I was forced out no longer work there

Lots to learn
Owner (Former Employee) - Arizona - 17 October 2023
Great place to work. Flexible schedule with something new to learn everyday. This place cares about the customer and service they provide; not just about making a ton of money off each job.

Ooo management, unreasonable expectations for what can be achieved. Unfair and an equal treatment of employees, favouritism amongst staff. Negative place to be

Toxic
Hub manager (Former Employee) - West midlands - 7 January 2023
Toxic work culture, unrealistic expectations, poor leadership and unreasonable paperwork. Most staff are passionate about their roles but move on quickly due to poor pay and a bullying culture Avoid at all costs if you can.

Fast enough pace, poor leadership
Certified Technician (Former Employee) - Spokane Valley, WA - 3 May 2022
Small business environment doing high volume and high quality work. Unnecessarily high stress environment. Owner uses labor for personal projects. Pay is okay but benefits are lacking. Poor communication within the shop. Poor follow through from leadership.

Great company to work for
General Manager (Current Employee) - Scottsdale, AZ - 9 November 2021
Family owned and operated. In addition, they treat you like family. The culture is customer first and they mean it! They are very honest and upfront with everyone including the customers and employees.

I spent my days managing the office while repairing and replacing windshield. I learned everything about safely replacing windshields and was a certified installer.

Head Management Diffacult
Sales Representative (Former Employee) - Saint Paul, MN - 24 January 2019
Head management is very difficult to work for/with. You're better off not having to report directly to them. If they don't like you your out. Nothing to do with your abilities.
Pros
Great staff
Cons
Ownership

Not enough cracked windshields.
Independent Salesman (Former Employee) - Phoenix, AZ - 4 February 2018
Head out to my site at about 5:30am. There simply just wasn't enough work to maintain our quota to earn our bonuses. Management was trying their best to make the most of the situation.
