I had no problems from start to finish

I've worked through now careers a couple of times each time has been spot on payed on time no problems they get in touch if they need to give any info,would work for them again o problem.

timewasters bad payers will say anything to get you on site lie lies lies stay away lack of information about jobs they think they own you like you are just waiting for them to call with work will tell you lies anything to get you on site

Great company to work for

Was told the job had originally gone had a call 2 days later saying it was mine if i wanted it. Always get paid early no issues at all. 4 weeks prior to contracting finishing I've already been told where I'm going next. Offered me transport as I dont drive. For me the company goes above and beyond.

Iie about further work still chasing money owed agency's mainly lie but this agency is one of the worst personally try to avoid or get things in writing

Great company to work with

The team in Cardiff have been so proactive and helpful with my job search - they invested so much time into getting to know me when I was looking for a new position to make sure I fit in well and would be happy. Couldn't ask for a better service.

Fantastic people to work for!

I worked as a temporary member off staff for Now Careers. They were amazing! Unlike any other agency! Constantly going above and beyond to find me a job. They listened to what I had to say and what I really wanted, only providing me relevant jobs, until I found the right one. Going out of their way to come and meet me off site to prepare me for my interview. Then regularly checking up on me to see how I was getting on!

Complete con merchants

Have done several labouring jobs for Now and each time their was an issue with wages and the truth about how long the contract length actually was. The nail in the coffin was on my last contract which I waited 3 weeks to get paid and kept getting fobbed off with excuses like "you filled in our old time sheets" or "it wasn't put in on time for processing" this was the excuses I was given in 1 day of phoning to inquire about my money owed. I would highly recommend anyone to stay clear of this shambles of an agency who don't offer competitive rates or tell the truth.

Stay away from con artists!

I worked the crieff site for 2 days 3wks ago, promised 9.50 full days pay for showing up at 12pm..paid me 8.78 and said my holiday pay made up the rest then never paid me for 16hrs instead of 12hrs, now advertising this at 9.00?! Still waiting for it. Previous experience with there clients is decent and agents were sound a year ago but new ones now and i get ripped off on a pack of lies. Im the only one who did my job properly in this story.

Labouring work

Awful agency to work for. Fed lies about positions. Client fills out hours worked forms & can effectively put what they wish. Leave you out of pocket. Was promised a position with years of work guaranteed. Instead ended up doing 2-3 days a week. I am currently chasing money owed to me. Unless desperate I wouldn't consider them. Be warned!

Probably the worst agency I have ever worked for , probably the worst in the UK , Stay well away ,they get a good mark up off the client but pay peanuts to the workers, Avoid at all costs

Poor service

Got told I had several days work found out after the first day I wasn’t needed back so rang up and got someone who I’d never dealt with who didn’t know what was going on asked him to get the person who I was dealing with in the office as he’d told me about other work and he didn’t other ringing me so rang them again the next day and just got messed about saying they’d ring me last day of the week with more work and didn’t bother

Paid the same rates for the past 20 years

I stopped working for this lot over 10 year's ago and there still paying the same rates now!! ....they lie through there teeth and couldn't give a monkeys about the employee ....tell you that a job will last 3 months and when you get on site it's 3 days. It's beyond me how the management sleep at night.

Great place to work!

Based in the Cardiff Office covering Finance and Accountancy - Fantastic team, lovely offices and a great culture. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a change.

not the best place to work

I didnt enjoy working for the company I didn't feel like I was treat treated properly. Any issue I had on a site wasn't dealt with properly, medical forms and stuff like that was not dealt with appropriately.

had job arranged for Friday phoned me up this morning to ask where I was sed had made a mistake with days some woman came on the phone told me it was my fault and sed there is know job on Friday then hung up

Average agency

Had a few labouring jobs through them always got paid on time but on the last one they didn’t tell me the site only required me for 2 days which I got told when I got there by site manager, have phoned 3 times to ask if jobs they’ve posted are still available the answer has been no but we can put you on a list that you’re looking for work.. never get a call back

Dont pay staff. Manager is rude and very arrogant

I worked a shift for them and they flat out refused to pay me. woke me up at 9am and asked if i wanted a shift at 10AM i said yes went to the job done my shift and the manager said thats the work done you can go home now. this was 3 week ago iv learned the hard way. Steer well clear of these cowboys

really bad

Advertising jobs they dont have , they are just getting in CVs to show to keep on file, when i asked where it was they admitted they didnt have the job but were hoping to get it, had to be up to date with H&S but will not provide PPE which they have to do by law
