Reviews about Pay & Benefits for Case Worker in NSW Department of Communities and Justice

if you have enough passion for this job to overide the lack of support you will do fine

I loved working here, wont lie but the lack of support when times get tough is unacceptable given the things we are required to do in our job role. This is also a place that pays well so you will find people only in it to get higher and higher on the salary ladder with little to no regard for the people (sometimes friends) they have to step on on the way.

Pros

salary, benefits

Cons

lack of support, safety, worker recognition
