Employees do not work from home, teaching is on site. but there is an expectation to work from home prepping lessons, marking, reports, admin etc

Never. Non-executive roles receive an increment annually. But once at the top of the salary band your income remains fixed. And the government has not delivered a pay rise in years.

Stressful. My experience has changed dramatically since 1988. Resources and assistance have drastically reduced and that pressure is on classroom teachers.
