Professional workplace
Plenty of shifts available, well organised management, friendly co-workers. Tough job physically and mentally. Understaffing is always an issue but that’s normal anywhere you work in healthcare. Professional, learning on the job, plenty of educational opportunities,

Backstabbing leadership, no flexibility. Put everything in writing!
Most managers seem to be covering several jobs and are hard to get ahold of. This is the only job where managers regularly throw employees under the bus, lying to their superiors to blame others for work that they haven't done, claiming credit for work that they didn't do, or blatantly lying about things they've said.
