The selection criteria is similar for all online application I belive. Try to write brief explaination with examples. For example: Q: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities workloads and apply work principles.: Ans: My previous and current roles have allowed me to develop skills in organization, prioritization, and multi-tasking. I have a great experience in handling a number of tasks concurrently, helping colleagues while completing my own tasks. In my current role I have many tasks which I need to finish within a certain time frame.I am an organized person who can always meet a deadline. I have the ability to plan and deal with a number of tasks at once. I think these attributes would be directly transferable to this job. Whatever role I am engaged in, I always prioritize my work, and work systematically with some tasks needing to be done simultaneously.
