Company is moving jobs over to India. Job training is very weak and no managers are in the Melbourne office to get help from. The company also pushes the employee into a direct rep position and then they are a lot of issues getting documentations for fixing a lot of problems with their proprietary software. The company also lays off their white workers - more...
