Nulsen is an excellent company, the management team is supportive and caring and will go the extra mile, they work hard to ensure that the office staff support the direct care staff who support our clients who are at the very top of the priority list.

Very bad company to work

I have been working with this company for nearly 6 years and the management is getting worse. Especially night shift where support workers are being paid 6 hours while working for 14 shift. Not family friendly especially support workers with children.

Busy and rewarding place to work

I loved working at Nulsen, there was plenty of variety and it was extremely busy and rewarding at the same time. Nulsen is very welcoming to new employees, as they are the one of the biggest disability providers in WA it can be very stressful but as long as you can prioritize your work load it is one of best places to work.
