Underpaid compared to other jobs. Management is not great.

You will need to use your own car to travel. The employee are not paid properly for the travel time between clients. The clients are great but the current management is not very supportive at hawthorn. Previous management team were great and supportive.

Leave New Employees Hanging

After the onboarding process and induction etc you think you would be offered more than 2hours work. Nothing else offered, Seem to be getting people onboard with not enough clients. waste of my time
