Good love to learn

Demanding but rewarding. It’s a good place to have your internship or to start out at but also very demanding and faced paced. There is stress like any other job but trains you to be tougher and to adapt to different situations and also gain more people skills as you learn to work with coworkers and clients.

Free food but not much support

Very heavy workload and not much support. While the free lunches and training days were great. Overall I found there was not much support stepping into the role and management couldn't really be bothered to step in and help out or clarify where needed. Worked with some lovely people, but also some very undesirables. Overall it wasn't the role for me.

Good work culture

The office had a good work culture, a lot of fun themed parties are planned through out the year and we had full bar with KFC every Friday. Everyone was very friendly and enjoyed working with a lot of talented people.

Great job but no pay reviews

Design ad campaigns, attend meetings with other departments, create digital banners. Design for advertising, working with a team in an agency Management was friendly and competant. Workplace culture was great. Lots of reasons for staff to be happy, coworkers were all good people. Not having opportunities to apply for pay review. Company events.

Amazing creative culture anchored by solid strategy

Ogilvy is an amazing place to work. Everyone is dedicated to their roles while being approachable and solutions-orientated. Everyone grinds when grinding is needed to be done because management recognise the personal-time sacrifice and reward such behaviour in special different ways.
