“I hold my head high when I say I work for Only About Children. Oac is an amazing place for any educator to work. It’s high quality early childhood education with a really modern approach. We have the resources and technology to assist in programs coming to life, inspiring a love of learning in our children. The best part for me is the dedication to our people and encouraging them to further their career goals and opening doors for career progression. My journey over the 7 years I have been wher has been a wonderful experience. I was supported to complete my Early Childhood degree and given the opportunity to step into leadership roles, first as 2IC and then as a Director. Now I see myself at the Administration office, recruiting for new educators to continue the cycle of upskilling, training and growing our exceptional team.” Alison Bonanno, Campus Director
