On your feet all day, no break, little support from managers. Most days you left late. Expected to work on days off to cover staff shortages. Lots of employees didn’t care

No support from management

As per title, I left Opal due to lack of support from management and heavy workload. Some staff were also rude/bullying others. This was reported to management but nil actions were taken.
