Good to learn the business but then move on.

Good for a year to learn how online learning works and RTO's.

Not enough pay for the amount of counselling and sob stories you will handle.

You will see people in situations you will not be able to help with.

Also a moderate rate of suicide threats.
Pros
Building is good. Free courses.
Cons
Too much pressure, too many students being put into bad financial situations, 7 day cool off period for course.

Used to be great. Not anymore

Since apollo bought out the company and put nic cola and miriam in charge this organisation has turned into a circus. A terrible environment to work in with micro management at every corner. No transparent communication between management and staff and no logical structure for staff members to work by. Absolutely avoid if you want to work in a fun nurturing environment where you are commended on hard work put in. Management have no reservations to publicly shame you without actually looking into facts. The only good thing about working here were the friendly staff members but with the current high turnover of staff even that has dwindled. Not recommended until they get their act together. Trying to force people to work for free and nit picking wherever they can to punish staff members is not on.

Productive, Enjoyable atmosphere, great team, good people

Some days were more stressful than others, however working with the team and management I had the privilege of working with, their was always a fellow co-worker willing to help where possible. I had a very approachable management.

Meeting and conversing with a wide range of people from all walks of life.

Hours were long at times.
