Situation in the most scenic spot in Sydney, Opera kitchen was an amazing place to work. whether you worked the morning or afternoon shifts, you had fun.
Typically, the nusiest parts of the day were between the hours of 8-11 am 12-4pm 6-11pm. You were always on your feet, rushing from one job to another, meeting and greeting customers and ensuring the restaurant was immaculate. Multi tasking was an absolute must have in this job aswell as a skip in your step and a smile on your face.
The hardest part of the job was the heat as sometimes it would reach 30degrees plus. This was unbearable when wearing jeans and a long sleeve shirt!! This never distracted from the job however, and the most enjoyable part of this job was definitely the meeting and greetinh the customers and working wth my colleagues.
