Harsh, competitive, interesting, flawed.

The highly politicised management and questionable competitiveness serve as a distraction to the interesting technology and intelligent staff. There's a good opportunity for exposure to interesting technologies and their real world implementations. The pay and perks almost or mostly make up for the floundering of management.

Great Technologists - Terrible HR / IV process

Super Arrogant Talent Acquisition team - a nightmare to deal with and paint the wrong picture of the role and team. Once you are in its good, but the most unpleasant experience is having to deal with the egotistical morons in the Talent Acquisition team who don't understand most of the words that they say!
