There's a good opportunity for exposure to interesting technologies and their real world implementations. The pay and perks almost or mostly make up for the floundering of management.

Great Technologists - Terrible HR / IV process

Super Arrogant Talent Acquisition team - a nightmare to deal with and paint the wrong picture of the role and team. Once you are in its good, but the most unpleasant experience is having to deal with the egotistical morons in the Talent Acquisition team who don't understand most of the words that they say!

Kill or be killed.... but they will pay you lots to put up with the BS. Recruitment team / process is terrible - VERY arrogant and slow moving. Some really bad attitudes.
