Fantastic, inclusive and forward thinking
Good if you are in the right area
Optus do great promotions and value. But when systems or promotions go wrong they don't have any back up plans. So much miss communication and management have no clue on what there doing.
Optus had a fabulous workplace culture, we all got along well throughout all the different divisions.

Cultural changes of the company since I left but it was fine at the time. Management was good, conditions good. No complaints
