Work life balance

Happy working here. Would recommend all friends and family. All seniors are very helpful. Best trainers. Helps you get work life balance. You are well paid for all efforts you put in

Productive fun enviroment. A fantastic employer.

Optus HQ in Sydney is a great organisation with an awesome work-life culture. With on-campus restaurants, a gym and a free bus service to the nearby shopping centre in Macquarie park, they install a perfect work-life balance. The hardest part of the job was the commute to work due to the distance however they provided a free daily shuttle bus to and from Wynyard so they really do look after their employees. What a great company to work for.

Telstra Corporation Ltd

Working for the Telstra Corporation for 12 years was a great experience. Each month there awards for sales (gift voucher),quarterly awards for Consultant of the Quarter, Annual Awards for Consultant of the Year, Telstra Directors Awards & Centre Person of the Year. Overall it was a fun place to work with outstanding training & great people.

I do not enjoy posties fashen as they were very push with there clinets, and there were very nasty, I wont go back and do any other comishen base work

Worked as a telemarketer with Optus. It was not invigorating as there were no incentive for personal development and growth. My previous experience in the telecommunication sector exceeded the daily tasks. It was day to day work, met targets weekly. Did not enjoy it as I was indoors all day and sat behind a desk trying to sell customers telephony/internet and cable television.

worked there for only few months ,learned better phone manners , training provided bette and got chance to meet members and chat with members of Optus's head office


enjoyable breaks
