Caring but couldn't find me much work so I am a bit disappointed. They were helpful in making sure I was paid on time and making sure everything was ok but didn't call me much to see how the job was going. If I had questions they would always get me the answers.

Fast-paced energetic company, committed to constant training and development for it's staff. This place thrives on it's people, and consequently puts back into it's employees. This comes on a day to day basis with constant support, friendly - excitable culture, and daily deliveries of fruit. (Be quick, we're hungry terriers). On a more long term basis you can expect clearly marked development plans and promotion paths, quarterly incentives including trips to Mykonos and Hawaii, and a healthy commission scheme. Have been well looked after here - looking forward to what the next year holds.
Pros
Fruit, Coffee, Friends
Cons
Long hours

Job Culture
This won't be for everyone. Most recruitment agencies are either too harsh or too soft on their working culture. Usually its either 12 hours a day, every day, or its no accountability and pretty much whatever hours you want. One makes you successful but unbalanced, the other sounds great but doesn't set you up for success. Opus has managed to strike the balance between giving people a platform to change their lives by working hard and achieving excellence whilst making it fun and offering flexibility to do that in your own way as you progress with the company. If you are ambitious, driven and want to achieve something outstanding in your life and career then there is no better place to do it than here.
Pros
Impressive people, fun culture, life changing opportunity and earning potential
Cons
Hard work, long hours
