Great guys to work with. Bosses ok.
Mechanical Fitter and Pipe Fitter (Former Employee) - Cape Preston WA - 3 March 2020
Good culture. Different cultures from various countries. all work well together as we all want the same thing at the end of the day. Just want to get paid. Some lazy guys who pretend they are good get recognized for the wrong reason when some excellent guys should be given the opportunity for advancement. Some dead wood about need to move on.

Good rather for nothing
Pipefitter / Boilermaker/ Rigger (Current Employee) - FABRICATION SHOP & CLIENT SITE PROJECT - 14 August 2019
Good company a bit to hold your breath once you don't have a site assignment for your bills & debits it not enough to pay any of your financial needs & you need to be top to the leading hand & supervisor to impress them because favoritism is still in there, normal, always be patient at the workplace, management is good, more safety if needed, the hardest part of the job is intimidation by the acting leading hand, away from the person in the shop who is can do intimidation

Great camp facilities
TA / Driver / Storeman (Former Employee) - Roma, QLD - 26 August 2014
A typical day in Roma consisted of assisting electrical and mechanical trades with parts, supplies and tooling. Forklift and Telehandler operation and communicating with management.
During my time there I learnt a lot about the parts and tools required for certain tasks and the process of construction and operation.
The most enjoyable part was the camaraderie between the co-workers and the satisfaction of being the first point of contact of management for my knowledge.
The hardest part was having to deal with the lack of communication down the ranks of management, supervisors, leading hands and workers.
Pros
Great hourly rate, penalties and working conditions
Cons
Lack of cell phone coverage

Production Summary
SPECIAL CLASS WELDER/LEADING HAND (Current Employee) - Rosewater East, SA - 7 February 2014
Started with prestart and complete jha and required work permits before starting the job. I learned to comply strictly with safety requirements and company rules and regulations, standards and management view of interest to on time schedule of completion and duty care to all workers. Intimate relation to all co workers to established good teamwork which need full attention to create productive quality performance. The hardest part of the job assumes in weather conditions during hot weather because of heat stress. Working is more enjoyable if you perform the job efficiently in a right manner and commensurate wages.
