this company is very good company all the people are peaceful and helpful I really like this company but it’s less hours

I like oz group the reason I don’t like it’s because they allow me only 35 hours per week but I want to work as much hours as I can for example more then 70 hours

Good environment, bad management

They will only give you text messages the night before you have to work, and when you think you have work the next day you got sent sms to have the day off meanwhile your other work fellows got work messages. The roster made from them to you, not between the two of you, but you have to keep following the sms the night before regardless, the roster just basically pointless at this rate. Could feel ...
